F.A.Q.

The BLS program has replaced the former HCP (Healthcare Provider). Should your employer require a HCP certification, please sign up for the BLS course

The foundational components are the same, however it is dependant on what your employer requires. If you are working for AHS, they require Heart and Stroke.

Red Cross courses are instructor led- an instructor teaching all of the material

Heart and Stroke courses are video based – the students will watch the video to learn and the in-class instructor will facilitate and ensure all the skills are performed correctly

Blended Course:

The theory is covered online via a link sent to you following registration. The online content can be covered at your own pace, but must be completed prior to the in-class session. The in-class component focuses on the skills and is led by an instructor.

*Please note that the date and time you select to book, is for the in-class session. As a reminder, the online link will be sent to you at the time of registration
